The core responsibilities that apply when customers and providers use KLIGO.
Not final legal advice. Company identity, contact details, governing law, processors, retention periods and launch practices must be completed and approved by qualified Israeli counsel before production use.
Marketplace role
KLIGO helps customers discover providers and manage requests, quotes and booking confirmations. Service delivery, payment and post-confirmation operations are arranged directly between the customer and provider.
Listings and quotes
Providers are responsible for accurate capability, availability, pricing and compliance information. Customers must confirm the site, scope, timing, access and intended use before accepting a quote.
Bookings and payments
The accepted quote and booking confirmation form the marketplace record. Payments, deposits, invoices, cancellations and refunds are handled outside KLIGO for this release.
Safety and compliance
Users are responsible for applicable safety, licensing, insurance, site-access and equipment-operation requirements. KLIGO may restrict access where marketplace misuse or unlawful activity is identified.
